He said he would think what would be best for the house, more than we did.
It isn’t that we didn’t consult with the Heating plus Air Conditioning contractor. He asked us what we wanted in the house. I didn’t want a lot of HVAC duct in the house, but I didn’t want efficient heating plus A/C. I also wanted something that was in the red category plus more energy efficient. I wanted to have a system that was environmentally friendly. My husband didn’t want a oil furnace that took up so much space in the basement that he could use it for a pool table plus a bar. He wanted the basement to be the contractor area. Since it had its own entrance, plus a full powder room, we had a sofa picked out that went into a queen sized bed plus the matching love seat that could be used as a twin bed. Both of us put a lot of thought into our house, plus I almost hated giving up our right to choose the Heating plus Air Conditioning system. Both of us had to have thermostats in every room so we all had our own choice of heating or A/C, but I wanted to have control over the Heating plus Air Conditioning system throughout the house, so I knew energy wasn’t being wasted. The Heating plus Air Conditioning contractor told us he had the perfect Heating plus Air Conditioning system. He installed a ductless Heating plus Air Conditioning system throughout the house. I could still have our smart thermostat, plus every room had its own heating plus A/C. I was ecstatic with the choice plus how it looked in the house.
