The central heater and ac idea seemed not to be working respectfully. For the cooler rooms, every one of us needed an additional portable space gas furnace and an oil gas furnace to amp up the heat, sadly, they were shooting up the utility bills plus they did not deliver quality heating. Without a wireless control unit, I had to manually adjust the temperature which was quite tiring and aggravating. The heating company I had hired to service the issue, recommended I install a zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning system, which consisted of quality cooling equipment, and though it had Heating and Air Conditioning ducts it allowed for odd temperatures in the odd rooms. The Heating and Air Conditioning repairman told me to maintain a good gas furnace tune-up from a certified specialist. I was cheerful that I did not have to use additional heating units for more heat, thanks to the advanced technology in the air conditioner industry.
