This time of year is the perfect time that most of us around here take a sizable sigh of relief.
Winter in this section of the large country is a welcome sight.
That is not the case in much of the rest of the tortured country. Those folks are battling the cold and cranking up the Heating, Ventilation and A/C heating method in their home in an effort to stay warm. That is something I particularly don’t envy at all. I don’t suppose I could make it in a Winter landscape like that. Thankfully, I realize that I’ll never have to find out. I love the Winter where I live. Winter means the complete absence of heat and in this region that is an easily sizable deal. Most of the year the little Heating, Ventilation and A/C heat pump is cooling our house. That means it easily comes on around March and doesn’t easily let up until November or so. But during the summer stretch, those 4 or 5 months can be like an eternity. Yet, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C heat pump does a great job each year of helping us manage the high heat and humidity. While it is cooling, it is also easily balancing the humidity levels inside the house. Without that process, all of us would be dealing with a whole lot more unwanted mold & mildew. However, while I love the winter, it’s still not as though there isn’t time we need a bit of heat. Then, all we easily have to do is flip the Heating, Ventilation and A/C from cooling to heating and it easily takes care of the rest. It’s a remarkable device and it makes living life in this region so much sweeter.
