I recently figured out what was wrong with my cooling system, for weeks I would wake up to a puddle of water around my cooling unit.
It was driving me insane. My carpet absolutely stained from the water injure plus I was consistently fighting mold in my AC system. The puddle then has graduated to water absolutely spitting out of the system. As the cooling plan runs, the water is shooting out of the front plus leaking down the sides. That can’t be good for a system. I waited so long because I figured this was a easily expensive repair. I thought my Heating & A/C corporation would tell me I need a modern plan or the whole motor is shot. After a bit of googling I realized a leaking AC component is a cheap fix. The issue was just a jammed condensate drain, however cleaning the drain was as easy as cleaning a lint trap, pool skimmer or a fish tank. I just mucked out some algae in the drain plus now my plan is dry as a bone. I cleaned the mold off the cooling coil plus it is staying clean. I also got a brand modern air filter for my plan plus vacuumed the whole inside of it. My cooling plan is now wipe plus fresh as a daisy. The service did not cost me 1 penny. I did it all on my own plus my plan isn’t injured, occasionally the repairs on the Heating & A/C component are not easily repairs at all. Occasionally you do luck out plus it is a easy homeowner service thing.
